50% deposit from

the total

reservation is needed at that time the reservation is created.

Reservations made inside the

cancellation period require payment entirely. We accept

Mastercard or visa only. The deposit is billed for your requirements

date from the reservation. PERSONAL CHECKS can be utilized for

the deposit if received within seven days of creating the reservation. A

confirmation of the reservation including host’s name, address, phone

number, date the total amount arrives, and driving directions are delivered to you

whenever your deposit continues to be received.

Balance:

Balance arrives by personal check or money order entirely around the date the cancellation period starts.

Reservations for stays of just one to twenty days require payment entirely thirty days

before you decide to arrive. Reservations for stays of a 3 week period or even more requires

payment entirely two months before you decide to arrive. If payment for that balance

is not received in time it will likely be billed for your credit

card having a 2% late fee.

A big change of the

reservation that reduces the amount of days or quantity of rooms

initially reserved is recognized as a cancellation. Reimbursement is going to be

issued minus a $100 or 4% fee (whichever is greater) for

cancellations made prior to the cancellation deadline. Cancellation

deadlines vary based on period of stay. Please inform us immediately

if you need to cancel. Following the cancellation deadline NO REFUNDS are

given unless of course we are able to rebook the cancelled days.
