Network hospitality 
We’d booked an area 2 several weeks ago in the Hotel Stari Grad in Jajce, Bosnia for the anniversary.
We’d the e-mail in the hotel stating that our reservation was confirmed.
We sent an e-mail towards the hotel yesterday to verify our arrival and tell them that people could be coming at night once we were built with a lengthy distance they are driving to obtain there.
Whenever we showed up in the hotel, at 19.00 a week ago, tired following a couple of hrs on the highway, the manager was hardly "sorry" to inform us that his hotel was full so we couldn’t stay. He barely checked out the confirmation email we demonstrated him and merely repeated "sorry, it’s full" as they ongoing to reply to the telephone and talk to staff. (This "sorry" wasn’t by any means apologetic – more a "sorry, escapeInch than the usual "sorry, an error has been createdInch).
Thankfully, we’d not compensated ahead of time.
Once we were on the long ago, we met a few which had just showed up twenty minutes in advance, with no reservation : they simply got the final room available (our room ?).
Like a conclusion, I must say i don’t recommend this hotel while you cannot make sure to obtain the room you booked.
We eventually found a really nice room right beside this hotel held with a lovely lady and her husband.
That personal room/zimmer/sobe was perfect with ensuite bathroom and breakfast incorporated for any better cost (70 KM approximately 36€) than Stari Grad Hotel.
Room Tip: Don’t choose this hotel.
