PROGRAM SUMMARY

The Affordable Housing section is

accountable for applying and

monitoring its Affordable

Housing Program. To make sure ongoing

affordability we monitor resale

and rent activity from the City’s

existing 800+ earnings-restricted

units.

This program includes

rehabilitation programs for low

earnings residents. Additionally, the

program seeks to grow housing

possibilities through various grant

possibilities and funding sources

and partnerships with private developments.

Demonstration (RAD) enables

proven financing tools to become

put on at-risk public and

aided housing and enables

public housing and Moderate

Rehabilitation (Mod Rehab)

qualities to transform a particular

quantity of units to lengthy-term

contracts.
