New Affordable Housing Developments
You will find presently two new mixed-use affordable residential projects in development:
Metro 510 (Creekside Walk)
Southeastern corner of El Cerrito Plaza, El Cerrito
Presently being built. 19 affordable units (6 units low-earnings households and 13 units moderate-earnings households) is going to be available soon.
