Advocates Push Back on Affordable Housing Exemption for Tax Subsidized Development

Video COMMENTS:

schumanhuman: Land value tax would sort this all out.

Stranded in Utah: Rich people don't want to live with poor people. They wont buy condos full of low income apts. That's why builders always ask for an exemption. Maybe a solution would be a zone in the immediate area where moderate to low income housing is built. At least some housing would be built for low income people.

Chuck Walker: Welfare for rich whites, is never mentioned by the common right wing fascist. Trump followers have gone back in time the the 60's law and order rants. Baltimore is nothing more than a large prison complex.

c. j. macq: the problem isn't with rich white people… its with all rich people, rich blacks, Hispanics and Asians are just as predatory as rich whites. check out my channel… it talks about the REAL American welfare state… the independents on the left AND right can UNITE! for a philosophical alternative to the predation of both the liberals and the conservatives … check out my channel by clicking my icon and see what you think. … unite and fight against the predation of the left AND the right. take care my friend.

mattfm101: Sounds criminal to me not in the legal sense but in the moral! Really how can that money be given to a big developer it boggles my mind

The Artificial Society: How about jobs! What good is housing with no jobs or way to get income. The city won't be able to solve the problem, it's a national problem.

Robert Ponder: Change will happen nationally when citizens take back municipal and state governments.

c. j. macq: good point… its actually a global problem… the elite are enslaving the ENTIRE human race… the independents on the left AND right can UNITE! for a philosophical alternative to the predation of both the liberals and the conservatives … check out my channel by clicking my icon and see what you think. … unite and fight against the predation of the left AND the right. take care my friend.

Stella Bella: Affordable housing is need all over the US. It is a shame that so many have to be homeless in this wealthy country.

ariesred777: The country is no longer wealthy. It is those few Banksters,World Bank,Wall St,Corporations,Big Oil,Ag,investors who now own and control America and plunder other nations with the same corrupt rule of law.
